What are the Hours Of Operation?
Monday -- Thursday , 11:30AM-2:30PM;
Friday & Saturday, 11:30AM -- 7:00PM
Sunday, 3:00PM -- 7:30PM.
The Bar and Grab 'n Go are open daily until 8:00PM

What kinds of beverages will you serve? We'll have specialty coffee drinks (as described above; bottle and draft beer; specialty wines; and a full liquor bar.

What's a Wireless Hot Spot? If you have a laptop computer bring it to the Mixing Bowl and enjoy a free High Speed connection to the Internet. The connection extends well into the Hunter Crossing lounge area.

How can I pay for my meal? As in the stores, you may charge anything to your Resident Account, as well as Legal United States Tender ($). We will also have Gift Certificates available very soon, as well as honoring those that the store currently accepts. While The Jefferson, Woodland Skies, The Fireside and Potomac Cafe are available for your daily Meal Of The Day, the Mixing Bowl Bistro will not be a part of the MOD Program.

Are gratuities appropriate? As in all areas of GSV, gratuities for staff are not accepted; in the event that gratuities are left in recognition of good service, all monies will be forwarded to our Director Of Philanthropy to support the GSV Benevolent Care Fund.

What's the deal on the monthly Social Mixers in the Mixing Bowl? We will be collecting names in the Mixing Bowl and will draw ten names from those submitted monthly; those folks will be contacted and will be encouraged to invite a guest to participate in the Social Mixer for that particular month. Residents can enter their names as often as they would like, but once a resident has been invited, they will not be eligible to be invited for the duration of the year, so that we may make the experience available to as many residents as possible.
