Can individual web site pages be added to list of favorites or book marked?

The short answer is no. The web site is constructed using frames and only the main page can be added to the browser list of favorites.

How many residents have email addresses?

The GSV Resident directory lists 176 email addresses. Some residents do not list their email address. The number of email
addresses is expected to increase each year. The computer club has 402 members.

We average over 100 visits with over 1100 Hits per day. 


What information is on the web site?

The sitemap page lists all the pages on the web site. This is best way to learn about the web site. The link to the sitemap page is near the top of the navigation frame.


How can I navigate around web site?

There are two ways to navigate or browse; (1) each page is shown with navigation frame on left side of screen, or (2) navigate directly to any page from the sitemap page, return to the sitemap page using back button on your browser.

Is the monthly calendar of events on web site?

Yes. The news page list the one-time events that are usually of most interest. The recurring activities page lists events that occur weekly or monthly.

What does the news page contain?

The news page is under development. It contains calendar of new events, movies, concerts, theater, classes, and some bulletin board posting.

Are volunteers needed for web site?

What parts of site are secure?

Pages that contain resident's photos and personal information require a password. The password is available to all residents and can be obtained in computer lab.
