On October 24, 2007, AEITV is scheduled to make the switchover from analog to the new digital satellite signal for basic cable (channels 2-99). In doing so, most all familiar programming channels will continue. You may find enhanced video and audio depending on the age of your TV.
There will be some changes, so please refer to the attached channel listing. You’ll soon become familiar with the changes and discover a few new added channels to include BBC (channel 57) and Hallmark (channel 96). Discovery Health (channel 46) will be replacing Fit TV. The Weather channel can now be found on channel 8 and 47. Channel 6 and 8 will be dedicated to Retirement Living TV and Greenspring’s very own Village in Motion and the scroll. You may need to reprogram your TV to receive these new added channels.

and maintained by Arledge Communications. About Channel 6 : Don't forget to re-program your television's Channel Set Up. Many televisions are programmed to skip unused channels. Although you should be able to select any of the channels with the number pad of your remote you may find that the channel Plus/Minus button will skip the new channels beyond 44. This requires using the "menus" of your TV to reprogram the Channel Set Up. Since all TV's are somewhat different, its best to refer to the manual that came with your set. If you have lost your manual go to the cut and try method or hollar for help.***** |
